DeFiHubSpace is rolling out token-gated premium content as a live experiment. The goal is simple: better align incentives for high-signal research and platform sustainability while keeping core coverage fully open.
Why Now
As we push into modular tools, on-chain integrations, and community-driven features, sustaining quality curation requires stronger alignment than open-access alone can provide.
This test introduces a lightweight on-chain commitment for premium sections without turning the entire site into a paywall.
Current Test Phase (Sepolia)
During this short test period, gated sections require 100 DUTIL held in an Ethereum Sepolia wallet (verified client-side).
This threshold lets us validate the full flow — wallet connection, balance check, content unlocking — in production-like conditions with minimal risk.
Users who need DUTIL can acquire it directly through the swap interface on app.defihub.space.

Planned Mainnet Transition
Once testing is complete, we’ll move to mainnet with finalized requirements and broader utility paths. Potential future expansions include tiered access, staking benefits, and deeper ecosystem participation mechanics.
